The dining concept at Hotel Indigo® Rome - St. George is to lead guests on a journey of taste among the culinary excellences of Lazio and Rome. We believe that there is no better way to get to know a place and its traditions. For this reason, we choose products from farm to fork, propose and develop the tasty Roman recipes with a touch of creativity by selecting seasonal products to provide an authentic and genuine experience.
Our first courses are distinguished by our use of Gragnano Pasta, a protected geographical indication (PGI) product made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina.
I Sofà Restaurant in the city centre
From early morning our restaurant will welcome you with a rich buffet breakfast offering a selection of local specialties. Enjoy the lovely temperatures of Rome by having breakfast in the cozy surroundings of the internal courtyard. For dinner, surrender to the temptations of an original menu made of Mediterranean flavors and aromas, authentic Roman recipes and a pinch of creativity. Roof Terrace with spectacular view of the city centre
Having the chance to admire Rome from the top is definitely one of the most suggestive emotions: its roofs, terraces, domes and its magnificent monuments remind of an ancient past of Caput Mundi. On the top floor of the hotel, the Roof Terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy a breathtaking 360° view of the Eternal City and create your own unique postcards.
Bar
A succession of intimate spaces with modern décor make the Bar the perfect place to plan your full days in Rome or to have an informal chat with your colleagues. Thanks to free WiFi, available throughout the hotel, you can relax and taste a glass of the regional wine “Casale del Giglio”, worldwide famous wine label, a locally brewed beer or a refined tea while sharing the best moments of your trip on social networks, from 12pm till midnight. During the summer months and weather conditions permitting, the bar moves to the internal courtyard.
